Excellent communication skills are required, since this position requires heavy phone interactions.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with availability Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm.

Salary:

$10/hour + bonuses to start with scheduled raise structure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·    Promoting and soliciting sales of business products and services over the telephone using prepared scripts.

·    Gathering data on customer profiles and product preferences.

·    Providing customer service to prospective and existing clients in support of the products.

·    Utilizing provided data interface.

·    Support continuity of customer service.

·    Support team development.

·    Support development of sales, marketing and customer service processes.
